1:1 Performance Programs
With personalized support and accountability, I help you having amazing poops, wake up feeling ready to tackle the day, and skip energy dips by finding the right foods for your body because when these things are not happening, you're missing out on peak physical, mental, and emotional potential. We achieve these results by increasing your energy, awareness, and knowledge through looking at your data measured from devices and tests in order to uncover what your body needs. I help you understand your unique body's needs and implement nervous system training, sleep, nutrition, conditioning, stress management, and recovery shifts that build optimal health so you can improve your health and performance - whether it's personal, professional, athletic, or all of the above!
I offer three tiers of 1:1 coaching performance programs. You can start at any level or progress from Jumpstart to Intensive to Transform. Everyone's path and timeline looks different so I cater to where you're at and we continually adjust throughout the process. We typically start meeting every other week then stretch out our time between sessions as less support is needed. We continually re-assess throughout the programs to gather objective data that measures progress with goals. While we cover specific topics across session curriculum, the speed and depth we go is specific to each person. All protocols are unique to each client because general guidelines for the masses fail us in achieving our peak.
