What is Cleansing?
Cleaning is a process that naturally occurs in our bodies 24/7 and can also be a systematic approach to further helping the body remove toxins stored in its body fat, tissues, and organs.
We can modify lifestyle factors like reducing exposure to toxins while simultaneously eating foods that stimulate and support the body’s own natural detoxification system to work most effectively so we experience more energy, better sleep, and ultimately our best performance whether that's athletic, personal, or professional.
